1-6 guests: $2800 week; $550 night
$100 extra for each additional person per week or $25 for each additional night

note these conditions and rules:
1. There is a $500 up charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks
2. We have a one-week minimum stay for the above holidays.
3. For rentals of 1 week or longer, we have an OPTIONAL cleaning fee. See Rental Agreement for details; for stays of less than 1 week, there is a $200 cleaning fee.
4. Sales and tourist taxes of 9% are added to the
above rates.
5. A security/damage deposit of $500 per week is required
to reserve the house. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the departure
date.
6. The full rent and taxes are due 8 weeks in advance
of the arrival date.
7. We do not charge for babies up to 2 years in cribs. We provide two
cribs, play pen, booster chairs, monitor, and stair
gates.
8. Pets are considered on an individual basis with signed pet agreement and pet fee of $300 per pet.
9. Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Violation
will result in automatic loss of security deposit.
10. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is
10:00 AM. These times have been established to allow
for the highest standard of preparation for incoming
guests.
11. Upon checkout, please leave the keys and garage
door opener on the hook in the kitchen, lock the door
with the lock box key, and replace the key in the
lock box.
12. We have free long distance service throughout the United States.
