note these conditions and rules:
1. There is a $500 up charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks
2. We have a one-week minimum stay for the above holidays.
3. We have options regarding the cleaning fee: $200 or $250. See Rental Agreement for Details.
4. Sales and tourist taxes of 10% are added to the
above rates.
5. A security/damage deposit of $500 per week is required
to reserve the house. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the departure
date.
6. The full rent, cleaning fees, pet fees and taxes are due 8 weeks in advance
of the arrival date.
7. We do not charge for babies up to 2 years in cribs. We provide two
cribs, play pen, booster chairs, monitor, and stair
gates.
8. Most pets are welcome with a signed pet agreement and pet fee.
9. Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Violation
will result in automatic loss of security deposit.
10. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is
10:00 AM.
11. Upon checkout, please leave the keys and garage
door opener on the hook in the kitchen, lock the door with the lock box key, and replace the key in the
lock box.
