WaterColors is the ultimate beach house! This five bedroom, three bath home snuggles into a high dune, affording long ocean views from all major rooms. Designed and decorated for vacationers who expect every amenity, WaterColors has it all…. elevator, game room with pool table, two master suites, business center with high speed Internet, and fine furnishings throughout.

The primary living area is on the second floor. Here you will find a huge living room with fireplace; entertainment armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, and stereo; tall bar /game table for board games and toasting the ocean views; lots of comfortable seating; wet bar; and walls of glass overlooking the ocean. The separate dining area is outfitted with a large glass top table and eight comfy leather chairs. The kitchen, with its solid surface counters and tons of storage, offers fabulous ocean views through a huge picture window and sliding doors leading to the deck. A table for four provides space for the kids’ breakfast or a quick snack. We even have a wall mounted TV so you won’t miss the morning news. The entire upstairs portion of the house is decorated in soothing shades of taupe, white and blue, with puches of stem green, offering a serene and comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean.

The master suite is a destination in itself. A king size four-poster bed is accompanied by a cozy sitting area and an entertainment armoire with TV/VCR/DVD. A comprehensive home office provides the busy executive (or the Internet surfer) with all the amenities you could want. The Dell PC with a 19” flat screen monitor works quickly and efficiently through the high speed DSL line. We also have a fax/printer/scanner to help keep your communications going. The business center also contains a small writing surface and storage for your important files and books! The master bath contains a whirlpool tub, separate shower, large vanity with two sinks, separate toilet compartment, and a huge walk in closet. The master suite opens onto a covered portion of the oceanside deck, where you will find comfortable chairs and loungers. You can lie back in the shade and read or move further out for a little suntan!

Also located on the second floor is the “junior master” suite. This room is decorated with a wonderful silver-toned king sized bed, large entertainment armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, a delightful window seat, and sliding doors opening onto the oceanside deck. A bath just off the junior master also serves as a powder room and a “beach bath” since it opens onto the deck.

The deck itself is huge…. 8 feet wide and over 60 feet long. It stretches the length of the house and wraps around both sides, offering access from the living room, kitchen, one bath, and both master bedrooms. A dune walkover leads from the deck down to the beach. Perched at the end of the walkover is a seating area with a wide bench, picnic table, and chairs. This is a delightful spot for early morning coffee, watching the sun rise, or just keeping an eye on the dolphins at play.

Downstairs is another world…pretty, perky, and playful! Center stage is a 25-foot long game room with a regulation-sized pool table, sleeper sofa, love seat, entertainment armoire with TV/VCR/DVD/ and stereo. This room is designed for fun with its aqua walls, lively furnishings, bright artwork, and, of course, the big white pool table! Just off the game room is a covered deck, furnished with four colorful Adirondack chairs. A stairway leads to the deck and dune walkover above.

Three additional bedrooms are on the downstairs level. The lime bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, while the blue bedroom contains two twin beds. Additionally, we have a cozy bunkroom, with sleeping for three. This delightful space also sports a television with Playstation II. A full bath, large laundry, and lots of storage complete the first floor area.

An oversized single garage (16 feet wide) provides covered parking for one large vehicle or two small ones. We keep a large gas grill in the garage and request that you do your grilling here or in the driveway rather than on the windy decks above. You will also find lots of beach chairs and umbrellas stored here. Outdoor parking spaces for three and a lovely landscaped yard complete the amenities of the ultimate beach house!
