Please note the following conditions and rules:

1. Cleaning fees are $225-$275 (explained on the rental agreement).
2. Taxes of 10% o rent, cleaning, and pet fees are added to all rentals
3. Babies up to 2 years in crib are free...and we supply the crib!
4. Security deposit of $500 is collected for all rentals of one week or less ($1000 for two weeks or longer); it will be refunded within two weeks of departure assuming no problems
5. Rent, taxes, pet fees, and other fees are collected 8 weeks in advance of the arrival date
6. Pets considered on an individual basis, with $500 pet damage deposit and $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet required. We can take a maximum of two pets.
7. Smoking in the house is not permitted. Violation will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit
8. Check in time is 3:00 PM; Check out time is 10:00 AM.
9. The owners reserve the right to enter the house or to change the rates without prior notice. Always check with the owners regarding the rate prior to booking
10. Maximum 14 guests; maximum 4 cars; no boats or RVs; no weddings, receptions, or large parties
