Please note the following conditions and rules:

1. We do not charge cleaning fees for rentals of 1 week or more. We charge a $225 cleaning fee for nightly rentals.
2. Taxes of 9% are added to all rentals
3. Babies up to 2 years in crib are free...and we supply the crib!
4. Security deposit of $500 is collected for all rentals; it will be refunded within two weeks of departure assuming no problems
5. One-half rent collected upon booking; balance of rent and taxes payable 8 weeks in advance of arrival
6. Pets considered on an individual basis, with $500 pet damage deposit and $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet required. We can take a maximum of two pets.
7. Smoking in the house is not permitted. Violation will result inautomatic forfeiture of deposit
8. Check in time is 3:00 PM; Check out time is 10:00 AM.
9. The owners reserve the right to enter the house or to change the rates without prior notice. Always check with the owners regarding the rate prior to booking
10. Maximum 14 guests; maximum 4 cars; no boats or RVs; no weddings, receptions, or large parties
