Beach Music is a fabulous, 3800 square foot home built on one of the highest dunes in the area, affording long ocean views and wonderful cooling breezes.  Designed for families who want the best in terms of amenities, decor, comfort, and convenience, Beach Music will please the most discriminating vacationer! It is designed and set up for a maximum of 14 guests, and we limit our rentals to that number.

The primary living area is on the second floor. On this level is a huge living dining kitchen area with four sets of oversized sliding doors opening onto the deck and dune walkover beyond. The living area boasts comfortable wicker couches and chairs, a television armoire, a wet bar, and a beautiful 8 foot teak dining table. The floors are covered in pretty and practical porcelain tiles. 

The kitchen is at the far end of this huge space and is totally open to the area and to the outside ocean views. Recently completely renovated, the kitchen has brand new top quality appliances, new cabinets, granite counters, and a huge 5 X 9 foot granite covered island. We have a brand new gas cook top, side by side refrigerator with water and iced dispensers on the door, and all the other conveniences of home. Of course, there is a complete supply of dinnerware, flatware, storage containers, and cooking utensils.

The master suite is a delightful retreat, occupying one entire wing of the second floor. It contains a king size bed, a sitting area by the ocean, a television armoire, and a large private bath with separate shower and soaking tub.

On the other end of the house is another bedroom suite, with a queen bed and television armoire. This bedroom shares a bath with a bedroom/study, which is equipped with a comfortable daybed with a pullout trundle. All bedrooms are supplied with high quality linens, mattresses, and pillows.

The second floor deck runs the length of the house and is equipped with a large dining table and several comfortable chairs. A shower at one end is useful for washing off the sand after returning from the beach, and the dune walkover has a special seat that is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the spectacular Atlantic. We supply several beach chairs and some beach toys for your convenience and enjoyment.

The lower level of Beach Music is a world unto itself! A double garage, full bath, and large laundry handle the chores of the day.... while the rest of the rooms are designed for rest and play! In the center is a huge game room, complete with a bar with refrigerator, a large sofa, television armoire, and a regulation size pool table. Just outside the game room, tucked under the dune, is a covered porch, a perfect place to be outside, but away from the sun. A stairway connects it to the dune walkover above.

Three additional bedrooms complete the lower level of Beach Music. The “green room” has a queen bed, a wonderful chaise lounge, and a large television, as well as an attached 7 X 15 nursery will full size crib. The cozy “blue room” also has a queen bed and often proves to be visitors’ favorite! Finally, the bunkroom offers a great children’s getaway. Equipped with a three level bunk bed, a generous play space, a game table, and a television/VCR, the room is designed to keep little ones very happy on rainy days!
