note conditions and rules:
1. There is a $500 upcharge for Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Years, Easter, Memorial Day and July 4th weeks
2. $150 cleaning fee for nightly rentals is required. Cleaning fees are optional for rentals of one wek or more. See Rental Agreement for details.
3. Taxes of 9% are added to all rates
4. Security / damage deposit of $500 per week is required
to reserve the house. Assuming no problems, the
deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the departure
date.
5. The full rent and taxes are due 8 weeks in advance
of arrival date
6. We do not charge for babies in cribs up to 2 years ; we provide
one crib, pack 'n go, booster chair, & baby monitor
7. Well behaved pets will be considered with additional
fees.
8. Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Violation
will result in automatic loss of security deposit
9. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is
10:00 AM. These times have been established to allow
the highest standard of preparation for incoming guests
10. Upon check-out, please leave keys and garage door
opener in the basket on the kitchen counter, lock
the door with the lock box key, and replace the key
in the lock box
11. No long distance calls can be made from the house
