Quiet Season: Sept. 8, 2007- Feb. 29, 2008

$3000 1-6 guests

$100 extra weekly for each additional guest

$550 nightly 1-6 guests

$25 extra nightly for each additional guest

Shoulder Season: February 29 - May 23, 2008

$3800 weekly 1-14 guests

Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday

Peak Season: May 24 - September 5, 2008

$4800 weekly 1-14 guests

Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday

 

*$500 up-charge for the following weeks:

 

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th

1. Special rates may be available for 2 weeks or more in quiet and shoulder seasons.
2. No cleaning fees on weekly rates. For rentals less than one week, a $200 cleaning fee is added. We greatly appreciate your leaving the house ship shape.
3. Sales and bed tax, currently 9%, are added to the above rates.
4. Security deposit (refundable) of $500 per week due on rental. For parties 10 or more, $1,000 per week is required.
5. Half of security deposit and rent are due within seven (7) days of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to date of arrival. Failure to pay the balance due will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid to date and cancellation of reservation.
6. Infants up to one (1) year of age do not increase the price per week rate structure.
7. Pets are NOT permitted.No exceptions. Violation of this provision results in loss of security deposit.
8. Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Violation of this provision results in loss of security deposit.
19. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout no later than 9:30 am. These times have been established to enable us to complete the highest standard of preparation for incoming guests.
10. Upon checkout, please leave the keys and garage door opener in the kitchen, lock the house with the lockbox key and replace that key in the lockbox.

14. After you leave, the house will be inspected and cleaned. We must deduct costs for extraordinary wear and tear (breakage, carpet stains, writing on walls, missing items, etc.) Should there be no more than ordinary wear and tear, we will promptly refund your security deposit.
15. Maximum of 4 cars, two of which should be in garage. No RVs, boats, trailers permitted. Jet skies must be kept in garage.
16. Five family maximum.
